- Service Delivery & Platform Operation: Facilitating, matching, and delivering care navigation, community support, training programs, and related initiatives;

- Financial Processing: Processing billing, payments, reimbursements, or claims related to our services or partner schemes;

- Research & Community Assessment: Conducting research, data analysis, interviews, and community surveys to improve our programs and support ecosystem;

Marketing & Communication Purposes
Where permitted under the PDPA or with your consent, we may contact you via email, SMS, phone, or messaging channels to inform you about programs, capability-building workshops, community initiatives, and service updates offered by Care Innovation Institute Pte. Ltd.
